As a Relationship Manager II, you’re the primary contact for a book of retirement plan clients and their financial advisors. You operate with a high degree of autonomy, resolve complex issues independently, and serve as a mentor and resource for the RM I team. This is a role for someone who leads by example.
As a Plan Consultant I, you’ll be a key compliance and technical resource — the person who ensures that retirement plans are administered accurately and in full compliance with IRS, DOL, and ERISA regulations. Your work is behind the scenes in the best possible way: when you do it well, clients and advisors can focus on what they do best.
As a Quality Review Specialist, you are MAP’s last line of assurance before work reaches clients. You review annual valuations, compliance packages, government filings, and correction calculations — ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and adherence to MAP’s quality standards. You also serve as a trusted technical resource across the organization, helping teams resolve complex issues and continuously improve.
