Her appointment strengthens MAP’s national sales team at a pivotal moment for the firm, as it continues expanding its reach with financial advisors and plan sponsors nationwide.

Echo has spent two decades focused on retirement strategy and advisor growth, with experience earned at Mass Mutual, Newport Group, and most recently with Daybright Financial. Her expertise spans plan design, shaping structures that serve both owners and employees, and operational work that keeps plans on track. It’s this ground-level understanding of how plans are built and administered that makes her an unusually strong collaborator.
